Technical Co-founder, xrush.agency
I bridge the gap between what a business needs and what a product actually requires. I work with the development team to turn requirements into something real — and I make sure we build the right thing, not just the fast thing.
Why xrush exists
After years of building for others, I wanted to create something of our own. xrush exists to produce highly usable tools at affordable cost — and to go beyond what traditional tech stacks allow. We don't just use what's available. We figure out what actually works, even if that means doing it differently.
What I do here
I'm involved in the business decisions that shape where xrush goes. What we build, who we work with, and how we position ourselves — these aren't just technical choices.
I sit between the business side and the development team. I translate what a client actually needs into what the product should do — then make sure the team builds the right thing.
I design the systems from the ground up. Not just the code — the structure, the contracts, the boundaries. Every project starts with a foundation that won't need a rewrite.
I care about what we ship, not just how we ship it. Usability, reliability, cost — I make sure the product serves the business, not the other way around.
I work with the development team to set standards, review decisions, and keep the quality bar high. Not from a distance — I'm in the code with them.
When a client asks 'can it scale?' or 'what happens if this breaks?' — I'm the one who answers. Not with jargon, but with clarity.
How I think about work
A tool that's powerful but unusable is just expensive shelfware. We build things people actually want to use.
We produce high-quality work at a cost that makes sense. Not by cutting corners, but by building smart.
Traditional limitations are just starting points. If the standard approach doesn't work, we find one that does.
Technology is a means, not an end. Every technical decision starts with what the business actually needs.
What I care about
Not just demos. Not just launches. Tools that people use every day and forget they're using — because they just work.
Good software shouldn't be expensive. I care about building things that more people can afford and more people can use.
How parts connect to the whole. Architecture, business logic, user experience — they're not separate problems.
After years of building for others, xrush is the chance to create products we believe in, on our own terms.
